Our process replicates the traditional wine reduction technique that chefs use in the kitchen, only it’s done on an industrial scale. Reduction is time and temperature controlled to ensure product consistency.

- Beverage wine is reduced 10 fold, 10 gallons of wine are reduced to one gallon of Culinary Wine Reduction.
